  • Oliver W. Olson, MBA, Senior Lecturer of Marketing and Strategy

    Senior Lecturer of Marketing and Strategy and Head of Enrollment Management.  Oliver was one of the founders of the Maastricht School of Management Romania and was that school’s first Dean and Academic Director. He has served as the Academic Director for the creation of the International Academy of Retail Banking, a division of the London based Lafferty Group. He has previously been the Country Manager for CEU Business School, Romania, and has held various roles at CEU Business School in Budapest serving as the MBA Program Director and Director of Degree Programs Administration.  Prior to joining the CEU Business School, Oliver Olson started his professional career as an Export Product Manager for Salamander Shoes in Stuttgart, Germany in the 90′s. He then moved to the USA where he worked in banking for almost a decade, including stints as Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, Senior Manager for a major credit card company and the CIO of a community bank in Dallas, Texas. Oliver earned his Undergraduate Degree in International Business and German from California State University, Fullerton and his MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas. Oliver is fluent in German and can hold his own in Swedish and Romanian.  He is working on his Dutch.

    Dhruba is presently an Assistant Professor in InternationalBusiness. He has been associated with MsM since 1995 specializing inInternational Business, Strategy and Marketing and has been teaching in the MBA& Executive MBA programs. He has an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK(1992), a post-graduate Bachelors degree in Mass Communications and a Bachelorsdegree in Economics from India. Dhruba is currently pursuing his DBA at MsM.His research interest is in developing an empirically tested methodologicalframework to identify, select and predict high growth micro enterprises.


  • André de Waal PhD, Associate Professor

    André de Waal is associate Professor Strategic Management at theMaastricht School of Management. His teaching assignments is the course StrategicPerformance Management. Next to this, he is an independent researcher,management consultant and author. André is also the director of the Center forOrganizational Performance, an organization which conducts research into highperformance organizations. André has been a consultant and a partner withArthur Andersen Business Consulting and the Holland Consulting Group for 17years (1986 – 2001). He has been selected by Managementboek.nl as one of theHollandse Meesters in Management (Dutch Masters in Management), ten people whohave influenced management thinking in the Netherlands the most in the pastdecade. André has published over a hundred sixty articles and twenty-two books.Among his books are: Power of Performance Management, How Leading CompaniesCreate Sustained Value (John Wiley & Sons, 2001), Quest for Balance, thehuman element in performance management systems (John Wiley & Sons, 2002)and Strategic Performance Management, A Managerial and Behavioural Approach(Palgrave MacMillan, 2007).


  • Joris H.T. Stadhouders

    Assistant Professor of E-Business. Holds a B.S. in Mathematicsfrom Delft University of Technology (the Netherlands) and a M.Sc. fromEindhoven University of Technology (the Netherlands). Was an automation expertfor the Netherlands Economic Institute, has worked in management consultancypositions in South America and Central Asia and has lectured applied statisticsand information technology courses. Lectures Computer Applications, ManagementInformation Systems, Information Technology for Executive Action, andQuantitative Techniques.


  • Harald Sander

    Dhruba is presently an Assistant Professor in InternationalBusiness.   • Geert W.J. Heling

    MsM Professor of Organizational Behavior. Holds a M.A. in Psychology from the University of Nijmegen (the Netherlands) and a Ph.D. in Behavioural Science from the University of Nijmegen. He has extensive experience as a senior management consultant, conducting projects of management and organizational development for national government organizations as well as large and medium size companies. Specific areas of expertise are: management effectiveness, team development, organizational culture, change management and cross-cultural management. In addition, he conducts guest lectures, has been speaker at several conferences concerning HRM and related topics, and has co-authored numerous publications. Lectures Management and Leadership, Creating, Structuring and Managing Organizations, Human Resources Management, The Consultancy Process, and Change Management.



  • Robert V. Goedegebuure, PhD, Associate Professor International Business

    He holds a PhD in International Business from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University, the Netherlands). He has worked in marketing research, (official) statistics. He has specialized in the impact of internationalization on firm strategies and industrial policy. He has performed research projects for the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, and European and international institutions. In addition he has authored numerous courses in marketing and marketing research

  • Vincent Feltkamp, PhD, Assistant Professor of E-Business

    Vincent holds a M.Sc. in Mathematics from the Free University of Brussels (VUB) (Belgium) and a PhD in Game Theory from Tilburg University (The Netherlands). I was a Post-Doc at the Center for Rationality at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, I lectured Mathematical Optimization at the Economic Faculty of the University of Alicante, Spain, I was a statistical researcher in Statistics Netherlands (CBS), and a senior Researcher in e-organisation in the International Institute of Infonomics.
